Kid Cudi Pays Tribute to Kurt Cobain During SNL Performance

Kid Cudi paid tribute to Kurt Cobain and Chris Farley in his debut as a musical guest on ‘Saturday Night Live.’ During his performance of ‘Sad People,’ the rapper wore a floral dress similar to one Cobain sported for a performance. On Sunday, Cudi wrote on Twitter that he wanted to ‘show love to Kurt.’ The tribute to the late rock icon comes one week after the 27th anniversary of Cobain’s death in 1994. For his performance of ‘Tequila Shots,’ Cudi sported a t-shirt featuring a photo of Farley. The legendary ‘SNL’ cast member died in 1997.
